We will send you an invoice through Paypal so that your payment information is secure, and once we receive your instructions and payment, will begin your custom design! 

(If you need to arrange payment in another manner, just include that information in your email.)

{Turnaround Time}

Orders featured on the website take 7-10 days, and custom designs are completed in 10-14 days.

Any order needed to be received in less than 7 days is considered a rush order. Come Together Cards, in most cases, is able to accommodate your fast turnaround and will charge a $15 rush fee. (Rush fees during November and December are $25 and will have to be approved).

{What to know if you are ordering a unique,

hand-drawn creation}

aka- details...details!

• Your order includes one proof and one change, if needed. (Changes like colors are easily accommodated. Once the proof is sent, preferences that require a redraw or redesign will incur another art fee, so it is important to give any pertinent details up front to save you time and cost!)*
• Proof will be emailed once payment has been received. 
• If the proof is not approved in 24 hours, other projects will move forward so Come Together can meet the needs of other customers. (However, if a circumstance arises and you need more than a day to approve the proof, please let us know.)
• Once you respond with approval, printing time starts.
• You must specify that you would like to see a proof, otherwise, we will assume you are leaving design details up to Come Together Cards.

*Since every change delays processing your order, we appreciate that you communicate all your expectations when you place the order so we may avoid unnecessary changes. We love to have "creative license" so we may create something for you that is truly one of a kind!
